CAMPBELL, District Judge.
This matter comes before the court on defendants’ motions for summary judgment, defendants’ motion in limine to exclude plaintiffs experts, and plaintiff 1 Scott McCollin’s motion to reinstate his fraud on the FDA claim. The court conducted hearing on these motions on April 1, 1999, at which plaintiff was represented by Donna Cummings, defendant Synthes, Inc. was represented by R.
