OPINION AND ORDER
LAFFITTE, District Judge.
Before the Court is plaintiff Polyagro Plastics, Inc.’s motion to disqualify. The Court held an evidentiary hearing on the motion to disqualify on February 21, 1995, during which attorney Bruce Ginsburg, Carol Sherman, and Samuel Cespedes testified. Having considered both plaintiffs and defendants’ motions and the evidence and testimony presented during the evidentiary hearing, the Court is now ready to rule.
