RULING ON GOVERNMENT’S MOTION AND INCORPORATED MEMORANDUM OF LAW

The United States 1 has filed a motion 2 to disqualify Lewis Unglesby and the law firms of Unglesby and Koch and Unglesby, Koch and Reynolds 3 from representing the defendant Stephen Edwards in these proceedings. After conducting an eviden-tiary hearing spanning several days, 4 the Court took the motion under advisement.
