This matter is before the Court on objections to the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Robert W. Lovegreen issued on November 3, 1995 regarding the disqualification of counsel 1 . The magistrate judge considered motions to disqualify counsel in two eases. In Gray v.
