The Perkins-Campbell Co. filed its petition asking the reformation of an award made it under the provisions of the Dent Act of compensation for expenses incurred in' the partial performance of a war contract for the manufacture of ambulance harness; and the allowance of addi tional compensation. This petition was dismissed on demurrer, without an opinion. 57 Ct. Clms. 623.
