Defendant Bosch Automotive Systems, Inc. (“Bosch”), appeals the district court’s ruling in favor of Plaintiffs Nancy Alexander and thirty-five other former employees (collectively referred to as “Plaintiffs”) on Plaintiffs’ claim of unlawful interference with plant closure benefits pursuant to Section 510 of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1140.
