The contract in this case and the release above set forth are in the form shown in United States v. Cramp, 206 U. S. 118,. and except for the considérations to be later dealt with, the present case is ruled by that unless relief in equity can be had, for it was there held that a release executed in the matter of the contract for the •battleship Indiana included, all claims which grew out of the performance of the contract, although not arising from the actual construction of the vessel.
