BUCHANAN, Judge.
CASE SUMMARY
Defendant-appellant Ricky Spivey (Spi-vey) appeals from his conviction for murder, 1 claiming that the trial court erred when it failed to dismiss the murder charge in accordance with a plea agreement, and that the trial court erroneously allowed a witness to give opinion testimony.
We affirm.
