In this wage action brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (FLSA), Plaintiff Thomas Perez, the United States Secretary of Labor, brings three claims against Defendants Oak Grove Cinemas, Inc., Barrington Management LLC, Barrington Venture LLC, and David Emami.
