The defendant Summer Street Properties, LLC, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the plaintiff, Marquardt & Roche and Partners, Inc., injunctive relief and attorney’s fees.1 This matter concerns a dispute between the parties as to the interpretation of lease provisions concerning parking insofar as they affect three particular parking spaces.
