The defendant was convicted after a trial to a jury of kidnapping in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-94 (a), sexual assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-70 (a), and two counts of *330public indecency in violation of General Statutes § 53a-186 (a) (2). From the judgment rendered on the verdict he has appealed.
