In this action for specific performance of a provision in a retirement agreement, the substitute plaintiff, Sarah Whelan, successor administrator c.t.a., d.b.n., of the estate of William W. Gager, Sr.,1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendant, Gager and Peterson, LLP.
