I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiffs filed this action under the provisions of the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (“WARN Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 2101-2109. The Complaint alleges that TeleSpectrum Worldwide, Inc. (“TeleSpectrum”) violated the WARN Act when it shut down its operations in Wilmington, Delaware on July 22, 1997, without providing the affected employees with the advance notice required by the WARN Act.
