Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for one count of possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894, and one count of delivery of methamphetamine, ORS 475.890, assigning error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence that was obtained during a search of his cigarette package at a security checkpoint in the Jackson County Courthouse.
