Claim and delivery. Briefly stated, the facts are that plaintiff had entrusted the sum of six hundred dollars of her separate property to her husband, E. J. Sidney, for the purpose of having him purchase for plaintiff an automobile, with the understanding between them that the automobile was to remain at all times the separate property of plaintiff, and that, in the event of a sale of the automobile the money received therefrom was to be paid to plaintiff as her separate property.
