{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a denial of a motion for a preliminary injunction in the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas in a dispute over an agreement not to compete between appellant Blakeman’s Valley Office Equipment, Inc. and appellee Bradley W. Bierdeman. The preliminary injunction was denied because appellant was the assignee of a covenant not to compete and was not an original party to the covenant not to compete.
