I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction against Defendant pursuant to Rule 65 of the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure. Prosonic Corporation (“Plaintiff’ or “Pro-sonic”) brings this suit against Eric Stafford (“Defendant” or “Stafford”), a former employee, claiming breach of contract, violation of the Ohio Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and tortious interference with business relationships.
