This is an action seeking a temporary and permanent injunction restraining and prohibiting the defendants, William White, Ralph DiNello, and New Haven Police Union Local No. 530 of the Connecticut Council of Police Unions No. 15, from initiating “and/or” proceeding with any arbitration action before the defendant Connecticut board of mediation and arbitration or any other body in any way related to orders of dismissal of the defendants White and DiNello from the New Haven police department.
