In these consolidated appeals, the County of Centre (County) appeals from the orders of the Court of Common Pleas of Centre County (trial court) 1 granting preliminary injunctive relief to Judge Jonathan D. Grine (Grine) and Magisterial District Judge (MDJ) Kelley Gillette-Walker (Gillette-Walker), (collectively, the Judges). Specifically, the trial court enjoined the County from responding to requests submitted under the Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) 2 for "judicial records."
