JUSTICE NIGRO.
The question presented in this case is whether the Superior Court erred in reversing the trial court’s denial of a requested preliminary injunction. We hold that it did.
Appellee Summit Towne Centre, Inc. (“Summit”), a Pennsylvania corporation, owns and operates the Summit Towne Centre (“Centre”), a shopping center located in a “power shopping district” in Millcreek Township, Erie County.
