At a general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone, Appellant was convicted, pursuant to mixed pleas, of one specification of violation of a lawful order, two specifications of assault consummated by a battery, five specifications of aggravated assault, one specification of communicating a threat, one specification of indecent assault, and one specification of kidnapping, in violation of Articles 92, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 928 and 934 (2000).
