— This litigation has been in the courts ten years, and has been before us five or six times; changes of facts and conditions during that time have caused additional complications. If this opinion is to be intelligible to anyone not intimately acquainted with *616the case, it will he necessary to give a somewhat full statement of the facts and onr prior decisions. We will refer to the appellants as the Hillmans, and to the respondents (other than Calvin Philips & Company) as the Gordons.
