Cureton, Judge:

This case involves the foreclosure of a mortgage and a mechanic’s lien. The issue on appeal is the validity of the mechanic’s lien. The master concluded on a motion for summary judgement filed by Preferred Savings and Loan Assocation, Inc. that Cianbro Corporation had not properly perfected its mechanic’s lien and the lien should be dissolved. Upon Cianbro’s appeal to the circuit court, the trial judge reversed the Master’s conclusion of law and held the mechanic’s lien was properly perfected.
