Appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court, made in an action to foreclose a mortgage on real estate, to which lienees for labor and material are parties defendant. The prime issue before the Court is one of priority betwixt the mortgage lien of the plaintiff for money loaned to erect the house and statutory liens of the defendants for labor performed or furnished and for material furnished and used towards the same end.
