DURRANT, Justice:
¶ 1 In this case, we must determine whether an order issued in a summary lien proceeding is final for purposes of appeal. The order from which the appellants, Michael and Robert Anderson, seek to appeal dismissed the portion of their Petition to Nullify a Wrongful Lien (“Petition”) that asserted claims pursuant to the Wrongful Lien Act. The court of appeals held that it did not have jurisdiction to hear the Andersons’ appeal because the district court’s dismissal did not constitute a final order.
