The Farmers’ Trust, Banking and Deposit Company was incorporated by the Act of 1902, Chapter 141. Its home office or place of business was located in Baltimore City. The act of incorporation provided that the capital stock of the corporation should consist of five thousand shares of the par value of $50 each, and that when the amount of $50,000 should have been subscribed and fully paid in, the corporation should be entitled to begin the prosecution of business under its charter.
