Plaintiff appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants. Plaintiff’s complaint alleged sexual harassment in violation of the Michigan Civil Rights Act (count i), constructive discharge (count ii), and assault and battery (count hi). Counts i and ii were dismissed by the trial court pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10), and count m was dismissed pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8). We reverse.
