Plaintiff appeals as of right from a March 20, 1990, opinion and order granting defendant’s motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(0(10) in this action alleging a violation of the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548(101) et seq. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
