MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
NEWBLATT, District Judge.
Before the Court is defendant City of Flint’s (“City”) motion for summary judgment (D.E. #305), plaintiffs’ response, and defendant City’s reply. For the reasons that follow, defendant’s motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
This civil rights action arises out of the alleged discriminatory hiring and promotion practices of the City of Flint and alleged discriminatory employment practices and sexually hostile working environment within the Flint Police Department (“FPD”).
