After he was terminated in December 2007, Plaintiff, Todd Hollowell, commenced this action against his former employer Defendants Cincinnati Ventilating Company (“CVC”) and its pension plans alleging age and disability discrimination as well as numerous violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq.
