The appellant alleged in its petition that it is a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling monuments and memorial work. Appellant alleges that between certain specified dates it sold and delivered to the appellee company, at its instance and request, several items of merchandise, payment of which was guaranteed by the appellee Joy.
