— In this action the plaintiff brought suit to recover the balance claimed due it under a contract for the installation of a duo-stat and equipment therefor, in connection with the heating system in a flat building owned by the defendant in the city of Des Moines, Iowa. There was a trial to a jury and, at the close of all ¡the evidence, the court sustained the plaintiff’s motion for a directed verdict in its favor and entered judgment thereon.
