Pending before the court are Defendant Hypower, Inc.’s (“Hypower”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 46) and Defendant P.D.G. Electric Company’s (“P.D.G.”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 47). Defendants seek summary judgment on an action brought by Plaintiff Taylor Pipeline Construction, Inc.
