Error is presented herein from th'e district court of Noble county. The plaintiffs in error were the plaintiffs. The defendant prevailed in the trial court, and the plaintiffs appeal. The plaintiffs are the administrator and five of the surviving children of Arthur McCray, deceased. The administrator and the said surviving children sued Lizzie C. McCray, the surviving widow. The cause was pleaded in equity. The relief sought was a judgment vacating, setting aside, and holding for naught a certain instrument which is referred to as a “contract of separation,” and that the title to the property…
