This bill was filed by the plaintiff in error a-gainstthe defendantin error, who was the administrator of plaintiff's father’s estate for an account and settlement. The defence set up is, that after the complainant became of full age, in 1824, the defendant accounted with him and fully paid him all that was coming to him from his father’s estate; that two years afterwards, he confirmed the settlement so made, and acquiesced in it, until the filing of the bill in 1835, and the defendant relies upon the settlement so made upon the subsequent confirmation, and upon the lapse of time, as…
