This was a suit against the owners of a tract of land to recover a broker’s commissions for the lease and sale of the land. Before the sale was consummated, however, by agreement of all parties, the land, instead of being sold, was leased, in the fall of 1911,, to the proposed purchaser for a term of five years, beginning January 1, 1913, and ending December 31, 1916.
