The plaintiff has appealed from a judgment rendered against him in a suit to enjoin the defendants from soliciting sales and marketing certain gasoline pump “globe signs,” and “counter-signs,” manufactured by the defendants under contract for the plaintiff. The complaint also demanded an accounting. The cross-complaint charged plaintiff with a breach of contract, and affirmatively asked for $3500 damages for completed signs remaining on hand after plaintiff terminated the contract.
