OPINION
MOTZ, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Joseph C. Shultz and Kristen M. Harkum have brought these suits against Defendant FBI Agents Christopher Braga, Henry F. Hanburger, and Lawrence S. Brosnan for violation of their Fourth Amendment rights against unlawful search and seizure. 1 Plaintiffs have asserted their claims under Bivens v. Six Unknown Named Agents, 403 U.S. 388, 91 S.Ct. 1999, 29 L.Ed.2d 619 (1971), alleging that defendants are liable for mistakenly seizing plaintiffs without probable cause.
