ORDER ON CROSS-MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
KENT, District Judge.
This is an action brought by Plaintiffs Ricky Dan Hashop (“Hashop”), Cathy Hines-Torregano (“Hines-Torregano”), Ubaldo Garcia (“Garcia”), and James Spencer, Jr. (“Spencer”) pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. In addition, Plaintiff Hashop has also brought an FLSA retaliatory discharge claim against Defendant Rockwell Space Operations Company (“RSOC”) pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 215.
