OPINION
HODGES, Judge.
This case comes before the court on plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration. We conclude that plaintiff’s claim is time barred.
FACTS
The Pottawatomi Nation in Canada (Pottawatomi), a tribe of Native Americans currently residing in communities surrounding Lakes Huron, Erie, and Ontario in Canada, seeks monetary damages from the United States for alleged breach of fiduciary and statutory duties arising from a series of treaties between 1795 and 1833.
