SHANNON, Chief Judge.
The appellant herein was the defendant in the court below, and the appellee was the plaintiff.
The action was brought against the railroad company for the death of Edward Michalek by his widow. It resulted in an $85,000.00 jury verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant filed a motion for judgment in accordance with motion for directed verdict, a motion for new trial, or, in the alternative, for entry of remittitur, which were denied by order of the trial court. The appellant presents us with seven points on appeal, upon each of which it indicates there is reversible error.…
