This is a discrimination action in which the plaintiff, Leann M. Schweitzer-Reschke, seeks relief under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”), and the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination, K.S.A. § 44-1001 et seq. (“KAAD”), against the defendants Avnet Inc., d/b/a Hamilton Hall-Mark, formerly known as Hall-Mark Electronics Corp.
