MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VRATIL, District Judge.
Louise Sawyer and Grace Fuller bring suit against Southwest Airlines Co. (“Southwest”), alleging that it violated their rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 and intentionally inflicted emotional distress under Kansas law. Fuller also alleges that Southwest negligently inflicted emotional distress.
