INCH, District Judge.

Motion by defendant to dismiss the complaint for lack of jurisdiction in a suit for alleged infringement of certain patents.

The plaintiffs are, respectively, a corporation inhabitant of the state of New Jersey and a corporation inhabitant of the state of Delaware. These plaintiffs have commenced a suit in this court (Eastern district of New York) against the defendant, a corporation inhabitant of the state of Ohio.
