RODNEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff as a stockholder of the corporate defendant filed her complaint in this action and a complaint in the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware on the same day, viz., November 6, 1951. The Chancery complaint as amended consisted of eleven causes of action whereas the complaint in this case is composed of two causes of action.
