This is an original application for a writ of prohibition, wherein it is prayed that John H. Pitehford, judge of the ¡district court of the First judicial district of the state of Oklahoma, be prohibited from sitting as judge of the district court of ‘Cherokee county in the trial of said plaintiff upon an information pending in said- court against him, charging said plaintiff •with the crime of murder.
