The matter is before us for our consideration of the Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility. Respondent has not contested the Board’s recommendation.

The record reveals five separate acts of neglect of professional obligations on the part of respondent, a member of the bar. The Hearing Committee concluded that respondent’s conduct violated 6 DR § 101(AX3), which requires that “A lawyer shall not ...
