ORDER
This matter is before the court on the Report and Recommendation of the Board on Professional Responsibility. The Board considered the report of a hearing committee on charges against respondent Melvin J. Washington arising from two matters: respondent’s conduct of a landlord-tenant matter which he undertook for Debra Nes-bitt, the mother of his secretary (Bar Docket No. 276-82); and his actions as conservator of the estate of Francis R.
