Denial of relief from a property-tax assessment is the focus of this appeal. The plaintiffs, Willow Street Associates LLP, Phebe Street Associates LLP, and Property Advisory Exchange, appeal from a Superior Court judgment entered in favor of the defendant City of Providence (city) dismissing their consolidated petitions for relief from tax assessments on certain parcels of real estate they owned in the city.
