OPINION

BOURCIER, Justice.

This negligence case is the final chapter in the ongoing saga between the plaintiff, John P. Graff, Sr., and the City of Warwick (the city). 1 In this particular chapter, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment entered in favor of the defendants following a Superior Court trial in favor of the defendants.
